Terms of Service

1. The service

VeryPatient memberships are provided by Clinique de la Brisée, Clinique de la Brisée, Rue Brisée 281, 7020 Maisières (Mons), Belgium (VAT BE 0775.282.693). VeryPatient is a care-coordination and telemedicine membership: it complements — and does not replace — your general practitioner, your specialists, or local emergency services. VeryPatient is not an emergency service. In an emergency, always call 112.

2. AI-assisted care

Some responses are AI-assisted. Every AI response concerning your health is validated by qualified human caregivers before it becomes clinical advice, and we always disclose when you are interacting with an AI system. AI-assisted guidance is not a medical diagnosis.

3. Membership and billing

The Basic membership is the required base for all specialist packages. Prices are shown on the membership page in EUR, VAT included where applicable. Monthly memberships renew each month; annual memberships are billed for 12 months at the discounted monthly-equivalent rate and renew annually. The 15% multi-package discount applies automatically to each specialist package when you hold two or more simultaneously. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

4. Cancellation and changes

Monthly memberships can be cancelled or changed at any time from your family portal, effective at the end of the current billing period. Annual memberships run for 12 months and renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before renewal. Package changes apply from the next billing cycle. As a consumer you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from first subscription, except for services already fully performed with your agreement.

5. Consultations

Included consultation allowances per plan are listed on the membership page. Additional consultations are billed at the member rates shown there. Consultation reimbursement (INAMI or international insurers) depends on your coverage; where we state reimbursement conditions, these reflect the applicable framework at the time of writing and may evolve.

6. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate health information, keep your account credentials safe, and use the service for the members registered on your plan. Misuse (including abusive behaviour towards caregivers or circumvention of fair-use limits) may lead to suspension after warning.

7. Liability

Clinical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals bound by their professional and legal obligations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Belgian law. Our liability for non-clinical service failures is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.

8. Data protection

Our processing of your personal and health data is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

9. Governing law
