Dr. Zhang Ying is a Chinese Medical Doctor and PhD graduate in Medical Science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB, 2010), with 8 years of prior clinical experience in China in a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hospital setting. She is a member of the Belgian Acupuncturists Federation (BAF/ABMA) and appears on the official SPF Santé Publique list of recognised acupuncturists in Belgium (registered address: Opperstraat 196, Liedekerke). She practises under her own brand Green Therapy across four Belgian locations — Mons, Brussels, Nivelles, and Liedekerke — and is also affiliated with Le Sénéchal health centre in Liedekerke. Her approach integrates the classical pillars of TCM: acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, Chinese herbal medicine, and dietary therapy — applied with a rigorous evidence-informed perspective shaped by her ULB doctoral research. She sees patients of all ages including children and pregnant women, and offers consultations in four languages: French, English, Chinese (Mandarin), and Dutch — a unique multilingual offer for a TCM specialist in Belgium.
